Our mission is to offer innovative farm-based solutions in attempt to answer the social, environmental and economic challenges of today. Farm 255 is a restaurant that seeks to reconnect food to its roots & people to their food. Our flagship restaurant in downtown Athens serves local, seasonal, & sustainable food sourced from our own Full Moon Farms. We serve supper nightly, Sunday brunch, and offer a full bar and live music nightly.
1000faces coffee is a roaster, café, and social enterprise that hopes to reform our current coffee culture. Through respect for geographic origin, direct relationships, and ecological-sound stewardship, 1000faces has set out to bring forth coffees of unsurpassed integrity and quality.
Moonshine Meats is an integrated community of pasture-based meat producers working to develop both local markets and livelihoods by offering the finest quality pastured products possible. Moonshine’s mission is to support producers and consumers from pasture to plate by promoting and distributing ethically-raised pastured meats. Moonshine is a different kind of meat purveyor. We pride ourselves in setting a new standard for the farmer/butcher/chef relationship….or rather reviving a lost standard, and a forgotten art.
Our neighborhood burger joint located in Decatur serves 100% grassfed beef that is dry-aged for two weeks and ground fresh. Our cows are raised on the sweet grasses of the southeast, and never fed antibiotics, hormones, or grain. Our menu is seasonal and sourced from local farms. Our space is convivial and comfortable - because eating is a celebration to be shared. Our food makes ethical eating easy.
